We may share relevant information with our broker partner, professional advisers, contractors, service providers, lenders or authorities where necessary and lawful.
We take reasonable steps to protect records and retain them only as long as reasonably required. No internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. Referral & commission notice
Registration comes before entitlement.
A broker, agent or referrer must register a prospect through the approved process and receive confirmation before claiming a referral. A submission alone does not create an agency, employment, partnership or entitlement to commission.
Commission eligibility, amount or percentage, payment trigger, exclusions, tax treatment and timing must be stated in a separate written agreement. Duplicate, pre-existing, unverifiable, expired or unauthorised referrals may be declined. Agents must use approved and current project information, avoid misleading claims, disclose their role and comply with applicable Ghanaian real-estate, advertising, privacy, anti-money-laundering and professional requirements.
